Basic bundles are implementation tracks delivered through remote sessions, designed to get your Uptime Software environment set up and deployed quickly, effectively and efficiently. Each Uptime Software Basics Bundle is targeted towards specific modules and designed to meet the needs of new Uptime Software implementations with a low number of endpoints. Uptime Software Success Track Services combine a set of professional Services to ensure that the delivery of Uptime Software implementation, education and project based Services that align with the overall needs of customers with a growing IT practice. The Success Tracks, based on the complexity and size of the Uptime Software deployment, are recommended for new Uptime Software customers to get up and running quickly in a consistent, best practice based configuration. By following the course set in these Success Tracks, the Customer is rapidly armed with the knowledge, resources and tools necessary to effectively manage, support, and enhance their IT systems and service delivery using Uptime Software. The success tracks combine Computer based training and education workshops followed by one-on-one consulting with one of our experienced Uptime Software professional Services experts.

NocSmart Custom Consulting Services

NocSmart Consulting Services are Time & Materials based options that provide one-on-one engagements focused on a customized set of deliverables specific to the needs of the Customer. NocSmart performs a needs assessment with the Customer prior to engaging this Service and delivers a unique project Statement of Work (SOW) to identify and define the Customer specific issues, priorities, tasks, project duration, and costs. These engagements can be for discrete issues requiring as little as ½ day or, for larger multiple day or multiple phase projects. NocSmart Consulting Services can be engaged for both consulting and training requirements. Upon acceptance of the SOW, NocSmart Professional Services will conduct the Services defined in the SOW either remotely or on-site as necessary.

Through NocSmart Consulting Services, NocSmart delivers talented professionals with the product and business expertise to address an array of Customer needs in a range of specialized areas. Through these engagements, NocSmart and the Customer discuss topics relevant to the Customer. Examples of NocSmart Consulting Services include: System Upgrades and Migrations, Technology Implementations and Deployments, Consolidations and Relocations, Operations Augmentation, and System and Process Documentation.
